Meet BARON - this handsome, super intelligent boy is still waiting for the right family to find him.
BARON, we believe is a PANDA SHEPHERD and is so smart and full of life. He is a complete love bug, he loves to play with dogs or humans, l
ast night he was rolling round in the hay that Donald was trying to put out and then giving him kisses before rolling around again.
BARON is one of those vocal dogs, not necessarily barking, but he likes to talk and make sure you are listening. BARON is VERY responsive, but he also is the dog that will "at times" push you to your limits, but he always knows when he has pushed a little bit too much as he will run off and play as if nothing has ever happened.
BARON does bark a lot when people are at the other side of the fence, I wouldn't say this is fence-aggression, its just that he wants to be out there. I take him in the woods with my own dogs off leash and he doesn't run far, he stays close by and will come in when told to.
BARON is full of energy, he needs an active family and he needs a family that has time to work on obedience, advance and then other kinds of training. BARON is the dog that needs to be doing something. At times it is as if he doesn't know how to behave and so guidance and supervision is a must until he is settled and everyone is confident in that he understands and knows how to behave.
BARON is truly a great dog, but as mentioned he needs an experienced family who are active and love working with dogs. Someone who understands that these dogs can easily manipulate us humans and out-smart us easily! BARON will give the right family a LOT of fun and pride as he will excel in all that he is taught to do.
BARON is neutered, rabies, core vaccines, de-wormed, heart-worm negative and micro-chipped. He has a date of birth of approximately January 2011 and he weighs around 65-70 pounds.
BARON is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption fee of $350
