ZACH was saved from Fort Worth Kill Shelter severely injured. X-rays determined that he had a broken pelvis and his pelvis was not attached to his spine. He was also diagnosed Heart-worm positive.  

ZACH had his surgery in January and he had his heartworm treatment in March and has made a full recovery on both.

He now runs and plays like a young puppy. He LOVES his balls and toys and if you are rude enough to not throw the ball for him he will throw it for himself.

ZACH is a great boy, everyone who has met him has fallen in love with him, he travels well, in a car, or in a small aircraft, yes ZACH has received the best treatment.

ZACH would suit an active family, or a family with children who love to be outdoors playing and chasing around.  

ZACH is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption donation of $300.  

GaDaH does allow out of state adoptions, however, we do require the family travel to San Antonio to spend time to be sure the personalities area  perfect match, before traveling home together as a family.
