GOLIATH was saved from San Antonio's local KILL Shelter. He was emaciated and had mange.

GOLIATH has come to rescue and what a love bug this boy is. His mange is being treated and he is on a good diet to help him gain the weight he desperately needs to gain.

GOLIATH gets all excited when he see's me and he does jump up a little bit, but he is very responsive to correction. GOLIATH does cower a little so it appears he has been abused and definitely neglected, this does not stop this handsome boy being full of love and affection though!

GOLIATH gets on good with other dogs, though he does seem to want to be the alpha dog when new ones are brought in, this might be as he has only just been neutered, or that he does have alpha tendencies, this would only be known for sure when introduced to the dog he will be living with (if any) and then both dogs will decide. He is not aggressive dominant and will submit if he meets a stronger alpha dog.

GOLIATH is neutered, rabies, core vaccines, Heart-worm tested NEGATIVE, de-wormed and microchipped. He currently weighs approximately 70 pounds. His date of birth is estimated to be around December 2010.

GOLIATH is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption fee of $350.
