BILLY was saved from San Antonio Animal Care Services at 4 weeks old along with his mother and 4 siblings, they had all been scheduled to be killed. I am not sure what breed mix he is - three out of the five siblings are brindle, which makes me think boxer, his mother was a GSD mix, so maybe some lab in there too. BILLY is one of the larger of the litter mates

At the rescue they have done great and when they had had their second shots they was able to be with the rest of the dogs. This has been great for them as they have been educated in how to behave in the dog world and has given them a great start to the big wide world.

BILLY like his siblings are all very affectionate, they are great with the dogs of all ages and since growing up around them, they are confident with dogs of all sizes. They know to go outside using the doggy door to do their business, but they sometimes have accidents, or are too lazy to go outside, so I would say to expect a little house-training to be done. They have not been kept in crates, so are not crate trained.

BILLY is very confident and was the first of the litter to venture out and play amongst the big dogs. He is happy to run around with the pups or smaller terriers, or he has been seen, trying to take down one of the adult German Shepherds by biting their leg.

BILLY is neutered, rabies, core vaccines, de-wormed and micr-chipped. He is too young for heart--worm testing and so will require this when he reaches 9 months of age. BILLY has an estimated date of birth of 31 January 2015 and on 28 April weighed around 13.2 pounds.
BILLY is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption fee of $200.

We do hope to adopt at least two siblings together since they are so bonded, if this is the case, then the adoption fee will be $225 for both pups.
